Fresh Cream & Piping Techniques
Duration : 5 Days
Timing: 10.30am – 3pm
- Participants will learn to bake various sponges, including red velvet cake and frosting techniques. You will also learn the piping skills such as writing, flowers and border designs. Various designs will be introduced to create your fresh cream cakes.
