Description

This course is suitable  for those who wants to start  up their own Cake Business.

This course is well designed to provide the right training for individuals who wants to start up a cake shop/café and also to help the exixting bakery entrepreneurs to improvise their menus.  This course is also perfect for home-makers who wants to take a step into home made cake business.

During this course, participants will learn  various techniques involved in cake baking. Getting the right texture & usage of proper ratios of ingredients will produce a good end product.  Participants will be taught on the usage of raw ingredients, different mixing methods, measuring techniques, usage of oven (domestic & commercial), common problems  that may occur  while baking cakes & solutions. Students will be guided to make a shopping list on ingredients & tools that required before starting their venture in baking
