Duration: 1 day workshop
Timing : 10.30am – 3.30pm

• This course is suitable for beginners who needs a proper guidance to give a start in baking. Participants will be taught on how to manage the oven temperatures , timings and various mixing methods will be introduced to you by our facilitators.
• You will learn to make:
  – Chocolate Moist cake
  -Preparation of Ganache
  -Marble cake & Variations
  -Traditional Banana loaf
  -Orange Muffin
• All our classes are 100% hands on sessions. You will take back your baked goodies.
